About Me
Luke Faulkner - Principal Buyers Agent
As the founder of The Faulkner Advantage, I have always been passionate about real estate. However, my interest in becoming a buyers agent was sparked by a personal experience. In 2021, I tried to purchase a home for my daughter and I for over eight months without the help of a buyers agent (I didn’t even know they existed) and ultimately ended up with a property that was less than ideal us. This experience left me frustrated and convinced that there had to be a better way.
I realized that many buyers were in the same situation as I was, struggling to navigate the complex and competitive real estate market on their own. I wanted to create a solution to this problem, a dedicated buyer’s agency that could provide expert guidance, support, and advocacy to clients looking to purchase real estate.
With this in mind, I got to work learning the ins and outs of all things real estate and founded The Faulkner Advantage, a company that is truly committed to providing clients with the highest level of service and expertise. The goal is to help buyers achieve their real estate goals and make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I am super passionate about helping clients find the perfect home or investment property, and am 100% committed to making the real estate experience a positive one for everyone we work with.
